Mee Moua explains why elitist immigration policies undercut immigration by women to the US.

I would be behind one family at a time being permitted to join by lottery.  That way the non-elite (especially women) have a chance, and entire families (mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters) should always be given the chance to immigrate as well.  I’m just going off of common sense, but isn’t it greedy to require only the best of each other country when you’re still on top; wouldn’t families (not the economy) do better as a group?  Oops, I forgot about the dollar.  My bad.
